Not far from the checkpoint between Jerusalem and Bethlehem, this Israeli military bunker is around Rachel's tomb. The reason why the Israelis have built their wall in such a way to cut Rachel's Tomb off from Bethlehem is not 100% clear, unless they simply want to control the tourist access to it.
