In that time, 1889, there were only one camera coming to Beit Sahour and around once in a year, during the easter time. Many family in the area was making the family picture, this is the reason of this photo.
It's a Catholic-Ortodox Family, and we can see it for the typical clothes that they dress. In the center there is the Catholic-Ortodox Priest, Father Andrea
